摘要
通过无水乙醇浸取,碱溶,混合盐析,H2O2浸取等方法,依次从柑橘皮中提取出登黄色素、橙皮苷、果胶、食用纤维素等成分,同时对提取工艺条件进行了探讨与研究,并测定了这几种物质的含量。
Through the methods of anhydrous ethanol soaking, alkali solution dissolution, salts adsorption, hydrogen peroxidethe soaking, the orange pigment, naringin, pectin, cellulose were extracted. The technical conditions as well as the content of each substance were discussed.
