融合相控阵与常规超声检测的风电塔筒焊缝检测实践

摘要 在某风电项目推进过程中,项目对生产进度及焊接质量要求苛刻,常规超声检测不适用,主要表现为检测效率低、容易出现漏检等问题。对此,将相控阵超声检测与常规超声检测相融合,充分发挥相控阵超声检测的高效精准优势,并利用常规超声检测对复杂结构焊缝进行补充检测。融合相控阵超声检测和常规超声检测进行该风电项目的风电塔筒焊缝检测,显著提高检测效率与准确性,有效降低质量风险,并大幅缩短生产周期,效益明显。 In the process of promoting a certain wind power project,it has strict requirements for production progress and welding quality,and the conventional ultrasonic testing is not applicable,mainly manifests as low testing efficiency and easy occurrence of missed inspection.In this regard,phased array ultrasonic testing was integrated with conventional ultrasonic testing to fully leverage the efficient and accurate advantages of phased array ultrasonic testing,and to carry out additional testing of complex structural welding seam by using conventional ultrasonic testing.The fusion of phased array ultrasonic testing and conventional ultrasonic testing for the testing of welding seam of the wind turbine tower in this wind power project can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of testing,effectively reduce quality risk,and significantly shorten the production cycle,resulting in significant benefit.
