摘要
深圳市福永水质净化厂二期工程旨在有效改善珠江口及深圳湾近海海域水环境、提升片区污水消纳韧性。该项目污水处理规模22.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d,水量变化系数为1.5,采用“半地下池体+上盖公园”结构,下层为污水处理厂,上层为市政公园。针对高标准出水水质和出泥含水率要求,污水处理引入高效脱氮污泥双回流AOA工艺,成功实现传统两级AO向AOA工艺切换,出水TN日均值稳定在5 mg/L以下,去除率高达90.2%;污泥处理采用低温真空干化一体机技术,污泥含水率可一次性由99%降至40%以下。该项目具备高度集约化土地利用特征,吨水占地仅0.22 m^(2)(/m^(3)·d^(-1)),较城市污水处理厂规划用地指标降低70%~80%。项目建成投产后,生产运行稳定,显著提高片区污水处理冗余度,出水水质全面优于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的Ⅳ类标准(TN≤10 mg/L),整体环境效益明显。
The phaseⅡproject of Shenzhen Fuyong wastewater treatment plant was constructed to effectively improve the water environment of the Pearl River Estuary and the near‑sea area of Shenzhen Bay and enhance the region’s capacity to manage sewage.The facility has a wastewater treatment capacity of 22.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d,with a variation coefficient of 1.5.The design adopted a“semi‑underground tank and covered park”configuration,where the lower level houses the wastewater treatment infrastructure and the upper level serves as a public municipal park.In response to the stringent requirements for effluent quality and sludge moisture content,the wastewater treatment plant implemented the highly efficient denitrification sludge dual‑reflux AOA process,marking a successful transition from the conventional two‑stage AO process to the advanced AOA configuration.As a result,the daily average total nitrogen(TN)in the effluent was consistently maintained below 5 mg/L,achieving a removal efficiency of up to 90.2%.For sludge treatment,the low‑temperature vacuum dehydration integrated system was adopted,enabling a significant reduction in sludge moisture content from 99%to below 40%in a single step.The project demonstrated highly intensive land use,occupying only 0.22 m^(2)(/m^(3)·d^(-1)),representing a reduction of 70%to 80%compared to the planned land use index for municipal wastewater treatment plants.Following its completion and commissioning,the project operated stably,significantly enhancing the region’s wastewater treatment capacity.The effluent quality was consistently superior to the classⅣlimit(TN≤10 mg/L)specified in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002),resulting in substantial overall environmental benefits.
