摘要
压缩机缓冲罐焊缝表面结构复杂,常规的超声检测不能满足检测要求。而超声相控阵检测技术可对工件进行全方位和多角度检测,不仅能对复杂检测面下的焊缝进行检测,而且还能通过制定相应的检测方法提高缓冲罐焊缝缺陷的检出几率。利用相控阵技术对8个压缩机缓冲罐进行了检测,检测出4个缺陷。经过分析,缺陷均为点状缺陷。检测结果表明,相控阵技术能够对缓冲罐角焊缝缺陷做出有效的评判。
The surface structure of the welding seam on compressor buffer tanks is so complex that conventional ultrasonic testing can't meet the test requirements.With the advantage of all-round and multi-angle detection for work pieces,ultrasonic phased array technology can not only detect the weld,but also improve the detection probability by adopting the corresponding detection method.In this research,four defects were detected in eight compressors.Analysis indicates that the nature of the four defects is point defects.Results show that the phased array technology can make a quick and effective judgment on the defects of the fillet weld.
