L型梁R区远场涡流在役检测工艺研究

Study of Remote Field Current Testing for Corner of L-shape Compoents In-service

摘要 基于远场涡流检测技术,通过设计L型梁对比试块、设置工艺参数,开展L型梁R区埋深缺陷检测试验,制定了L型梁远场涡流检测工艺;设计制作远场涡流检测工装,对L型梁构件进行在役检测,并采用相控阵超声检测对远场涡流检测结果进行复验,检测结果表明:远场涡流检测技术可有效检出L型梁R区缺陷,利用金相分析得出缺陷性质为裂纹,裂纹夹角在47°~49°之间。 Based on the remote field current testing technology,this study carried out the detection test of buried depth defects in the corner of the L-shaped compoents by designing the L-shaped compoents comparison test block and setting the process parameters,and formulated the remote field current testing process of the L-shaped compoents.The remote field current testing tooling was designed and fabricated,the L-shaped components were tested in service,and the remote field current test results were re-tested by phased array ultrasonic testing,and the test results showed that the remote field current testing technology could effectively detect the defects in the corner of the L-shaped compoents,and the defect properties were cracks with crack angles between 47°~49°by metallographic analysis.
