摘要
特种设备是在工业生产和人民生活中广泛使用的具有潜在危险的重要设备和设施,无损检测技术在确保特种设备制造安装质量和安全运行中至关重要。综述了特种设备在原材料、制造和使用过程中采用的各种无损检测技术,包括射线检测、超声检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测、涡流检测、声发射检测、红外检测、磁记忆检测和漏磁检测等,论述了采用不同检测技术的目的和意义。
Special equipments are very important equipments with potential danger, which are widely used in industrial production and people's daily life. Nondestructive testing(NDT) plays one of the most important roles in insuring manufacture quality and operation safety of special equipments. The NDT techniques used for raw material, manufacture and in-service testing of special equipments are reviewed, such as radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing, eddy current testing, acoustic emission testing, metal magnetic memory testing and magnetic flux leakage testing. The application purpose of the NDT techniques are indicated.
