基于磁导航技术的自引导小车设计

摘要 随着AGV小车在工业、物流、经济乃至社会多个领域的广泛应用,其研究和发展对推动现代科技与产业进步起到了至关重要的作用。为了在尽可能降低成本的同时提升自引导小车的速度和稳定性,文章对AGV小车的传动方案、运动学特性、零件选型及尺寸设计等方面进行了深入分析和设计。随后对小车的移载系统进行了系统化设计,针对门架、货叉、叉架及液压升降系统等部分进行了精确计算并选用了适当的结构形式,同时运用SolidWorks进行三维建模,并通过ANSYS有限元分析验证了系统的强度与刚度。文章选择了磁导航技术作为AGV小车的控制方案,实现了小车的自动导航和精确控制。 With the widespread application of AGV in industry,logistics,economy and even society,their research and de⁃velopment have played a vital role in promoting the progress of modern science and technology and industry.In order to improve the speed and stability of the self-guided vehicle while reducing costs as much as possible,this article first conducts an in-depth analysis and design of the AGV vehicle's transmission scheme,kinematic characteristics,parts selection and size design.Then,the transfer system of the trolley was systematically designed,and precise calculations were made for the gantry,forks,fork frame and hydraulic lifting system,and appropriate structural forms were selected.At the same time,SolidWorks was used for 3D mod⁃eling.Finally,this article selected magnetic navigation technology as the control scheme for the AGV car,realizing automatic navi⁃gation and precise control of the car.
