摘要
针对冷链运输中货品易因突发情况破损,本文提出一种基于数字孪生技术的冷链物流包装监控系统。搭建了物理、数据、模型和服务四层架构,物理层借助压电陶瓷、MPU6050、SHT-30等传感器采集数据;数据层负责数据的收集、存储和处理;模型层构建虚拟孪生模型分析;服务层提供用户界面与数据可视化功能。利用three.js库开发数字孪生模型,完成几何模型和数据模型构建,实现虚实融合。同时,借助ESP32-C3芯片采集振动数据,经中值滤波、快速傅里叶变换(FFT)监控振动,利用MPU6050传感器结合互补滤波算法实现监控位姿。通过测试提升了冷链运输监控精度和实时性。
Aiming at the problem that goods are prone to damage due to unexpected situations during cold chain transportation,a cold chain logistics packaging monitoring system based on digital twin technology is proposed.A four-layer architecture consisting of the physical layer,data layer,model layer,and service layer is established.The physical layer collects data by means of sensors such as piezoelectric ceramics,MPU6050,and SHT-30.The data layer is responsible for the collection,storage,and processing of data.The model layer constructs a virtual twin model for analysis.The service layer provides user interfaces and data visualization functions.The digital twin model is developed using the three.js library to complete the construction of the geometric model and the data model,realizing the integration of the virtual and the real.Meanwhile,the vibration data is collected by means of the ESP32-C3 chip.The vibration is monitored through median filtering and Fast Fourier Transform(FFT),and the pose is monitored by combining the MPU6050 sensor with the complementary filtering algorithm.Through testing,the monitoring accuracy and real-time performance of cold chain transportation have been improved.
