摘要
随着国际交流日益频繁,中国游客出境游规模不断扩大。亚洲航线作为热门选择之一,在为游客提供服务时,准确传达食品信息至关重要。本文从跨文化视角出发,深入探究邮轮食品汉译策略。通过分析邮轮食品汉译现状与问题,结合跨文化交际理论与翻译学原理,提出文化阐释、功能对等、语境适配等针对性翻译策略,旨在提升邮轮食品汉译质量,促进跨文化餐饮信息有效传播,帮助邮轮服务行业更好地满足多元文化背景下游客的需求。
As international exchanges intensify and Chinese outbound tourism grows,Asian cruise routes are gaining popularity.Accurate food translation is crucial for cruise catering services.This paper explores translation strategies from a cross-cultural perspective,analyzing current food translation issues and applying relevant theories and principles.Strategies like cultural interpretation,functional equivalence,and contextual adaptation are suggested to enhance translation quality,improve cross-cultural communication in catering,and better meet the needs of passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
