大中小学思政课堂中法治教育一体化问题研究 被引量:11

摘要 思政课是思想政治教育的主渠道,也是法治教育的主阵地。大中小思政课法治教育遵循目标的阶段性和梯度性、内容的层次性和系统性,以及教育方法的生活性和实践性要求,有利于促进法治教育在思政教育中发挥系统的整体作用。但由于教师缺乏法律素养,课程实施重法治理论讲授、轻法治意识培养,法治教育课程资源未得到充分开发和利用以及一体化法治教育教学评价体系不健全等原因,导致大中小思政课法治教育一体化实践面临着一些困难和障碍。因此,以思政课的课程形态及其影响因素为切入点,从提升教师法律素养,构建多元化法治教育模式,积极开发利用法治教育课程资源,建立健全一体化法治教育教学评价体系等角度提出解决对策,促进大中小思政课法治教育一体化工作系统性推进、整体性提升。 Ideological and political courses are the main channel of ideological and political education,and also the main position of the rule of law education.The rule of law education in ideological and political courses of universities,primary and secondary schools follows the stages and steps of objectives,the hierarchy and systematicness of contents,and the living and practical requirements of educational methods,which is helpful to promote the rule of law education to play a systematic and overall role in ideological and political education.However,due to the lack of legal literacy of teachers,the implementation of the course attaches importance to the theory of the rule of law and ignores the cultivation of the consciousness,the insufficient development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the rule of law education,and the imperfect evaluation system of the integrated rule of law education.As a result,the integrated practice of the rule of law education in ideological and political courses of universities,primary and secondary schools faces some difficulties and obstacles.Therefore,it puts forward countermeasures by taking the curriculum form of ideological and political course and its influence factors as the entry point,from the perspective of improving teachers’legal literacy,constructing diversified legal education models,actively developing and utilizing legal education curriculum resources,and establishing and improving the integrated legal education teaching evaluation system,and promoting the systematic advancement and overall improvement of the integration of the rule of law in ideological and political education in universities,primary and secondary schools.
