新农科背景下农业院校科研反哺教学的途径探索

Exploration on the pathways of practicing scientific research-feeding back teaching at agricultural colleges and universities in the context of new agricultural sciences

摘要 在新农科建设的背景下,深化教学改革对于促进农业学科的创新与发展至关重要。当前,部分涉农高校教学内容与实际生产偏离,教师对产业前沿动态了解不足,教学方法难以满足学生多元化需求,教学过程中教研产融合迫在眉睫。南京农业大学羊生产学课程教学团队秉承“培养领头羊人才,产科教协同育人”理念,通过整合产业需求、科研平台、科研过程、科研成果等多元要素,不断丰富课程内容,创新教学方法,加强思政建设,提高教学质量,为培养具有深厚农业情怀和创新能力的复合型人才及农业学科的可持续发展做出贡献。 In the context of the construction of new agricultural science,deepening the teaching reform is crucial for promoting the innovation and development of agricultural disciplines.At present,it has been noted that at some agricultural colleges and universities the teaching content leaves much to be desired for the actual production,teachers are less trained with the cutting-edge dynamics,and teaching methods are less efficient in meeting the diversified needs of students,suggesting an urgent integration of teaching-research-industry in teaching process.The teaching team of the course of sheep production at Nanjing Agricultural University adheres to the concept of“cultivating leadership talents and collaborating with industry,science and education to educate people”,enriches the course content,innovates the teaching methods,and strengthens the construction of the ideology and politics to improve the quality of teaching.The teaching innovation is highlighted with the integration of industrial demand,scientific research platforms,process,achievements and other diversified elements with the aim of contributing to the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents with deep agricultural aspiration and innovative ability and the sustainable development of agricultural disciplines.
