摘要
教学团队建设是高等教育质量工程提升的重点内容和重要举措。以“飞机飞行动力学”课程教学团队建设国家级一流课程的探索实践为例,介绍了教学团队建设的必要性与意义,明确了教学团队的建设目标和思路,从“加强自身能力提升、推进师资队伍建设,坚持模式方法创新、重视课程思政建设,突出多元立足信息、加强课程资源建设,积极开展科研创新、强化科研反哺教学”等四个方面给出了教学团队建设的措施路径与成效,旨在为高校教学团队建设提供有益参考。
The construction of teaching teams is a key content and important measure for improving the quality of higher education.This article takes the exploration and practice of building a national first-class course teaching team for the course of“Aircraft Flight Dynamics”as an example,introduces the necessity and significance of building a teaching team,clarifies the goals and ideas of teaching team building,and provides measures and results for teaching team building from four aspects:“strengthening self-ability improvement,promoting teacher team construction,adhering to model and method innovation,valuing course ideological and political construction,emphasizing diversity based on information,strengthening course resource construction,actively carrying out scientific research innovation,and strengthening scientific research feedback teaching.”The aim is to provide useful references for the construction of teaching teams in universities.
