课程思政融入“食品营养与健康”课程的教学探索与实践

摘要 在健康中国大背景下,以食品检验检测技术专业“食品营养与健康”课程思政教学改革为例,课程教学团队结合专业育人目标与课程目标,探索创新课程思政育人路径,优化课程思政内容供给,运用多元化思政教学方法与手段开展教学。实践证明,“食品营养与健康”课程思政教学改革更加有利于培养德才兼备的高素质技术技能人才。 Under the background of healthy China,taking the ideological and political teaching reform of“Food Nutrition and Health”course of food inspection and testing technology major as an example,the course teaching team combines the educational goals of the major and the course goals to explore innovative course ideological and political education paths,optimizes the supply of course ideological and political content,and uses diversified ideological and political teaching methods and means to carry out teaching.Practice has proved that the ideological and political teaching reform of“Food Nutrition and Health”course is more conducive to cultivating high quality technical and skilled personnel with both virtue and ability.
