摘要
高校“一站式”学生社区作为落实“三全育人”理念的关键载体,承担着促进学生全面发展的重任。然而,当前高校“一站式”学生社区思政教育功能发挥面临主体参与碎片化与机制虚化、关键期资源缺位与动态响应不足、文化浸润形式化与空间功能异化等问题。这些问题严重制约了育人功能的有效发挥,影响了高校思想政治教育的整体效果。因此,应构建协同机制激活思政育人主体动能,依托阶段施策强化思政教育动态精准性,深化环境浸润创新思政教育载体,以全面提升育人效能,为学生的成长成才提供全方位、全过程、全员化的支持与引导。
As a key carrier for implementing the concept of“Three-in-One Education”,the“One-Stop”student community in colleges and universities shoulders the important responsibility of promoting students’all-round development.However,at present,the exertion of the ideological and political education in the“One-Stop”student community of colleges and universities is faced with such problems as fragmented subject participation and illusory mechanisms,lack of resources in critical periods and insufficient dynamic response,formalization of cultural infiltration and alienation of space functions.These problems have seriously restricted the effective exertion of the educational function and affected the overall effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to build a collaborative mechanism to activate the main driving force of ideological and political education,strengthen the dynamic accuracy of ideological and political education by means of stage-specific measures,and deepen environmental infiltration to innovate the carriers of ideological and political education,so as to comprehensively improve the educational efficiency and provide all-round,all-process,and all-staff support and guidance for students’growth and success.
