摘要
坚持思政课建设与党的创新理论武装同步推进,是习近平总书记着眼于新时代坚持守正创新推动思政课建设内涵式发展提出的重大命题,为在加强党的创新理论武装视域下谋划加强思政课建设提供了基本遵循。实现高校思政课建设与党的创新理论武装同步推进,要科学解答“缘何需要同步推进”“为何能够同步推进”“如何实现同步推进”三个基本问题。坚持目标导向、问题导向、效果导向相统一,是高校思政课建设与党的创新理论武装需要同步推进的出场语境;思政课建设与党的创新理论武装在目标指向、功能定位、内在关系等方面的契合性,构成了高校思政课建设与党的创新理论武装同步推进的内在理论根据;推动思政课与党的创新理论的良性互动以促进思政课建设内涵式发展,则是实现二者同步推进的实践路径。
Adhering to the synchronous advancement of the construction of ideological and political courses and the armament with the Party’s innovative theories is a major proposition put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,who focuses on adhering to upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground in the new era to promote the connotative development of ideological and political course construction.It provides a basic guideline for planning and strengthening the construction of ideological and political courses from the perspective of enhancing the armament with the Party’s innovative theories.To realize the synchronous advancement of the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities and the armament with the Party’s innovative theories,it is necessary to scientifically answer three fundamental questions:“Why is synchronous advancement needed”,“Why is synchronous advancement possible”,and“How to achieve synchronous advancement”.Adhering to the unity of goal orientation,problem orientation,and effect orientation constitutes the context for the need of synchronous advancement between the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities and the armament with the Party’s innovative theories.The congruence between the construction of ideological and political courses and the armament with the Party’s innovative theories in terms of goal orientation,functional positioning,and internal relations forms the inherent theoretical basis for their synchronous advancement in colleges and universities.Promoting the positive interaction between ideological and political courses and the Party’s innovative theories to advance the connotative development of ideological and political course construction is the practical path to achieve their synchronous advancement.
