摘要
思想政治教育治理既是思想政治教育创新发展的目标指向,也是思想政治教育治理现代化的重要组成。一般说来,思想政治教育是主体、手段和对象的统一,思想政治教育治理需要治理理念、治理手段、治理制度、治理主体四个要素作为依托。在治理实践中,思想政治教育治理反遭诸类因素的掣肘,各要素所分别呈现出来的滞后性、欠缺性、失衡性以及离散性极大制约着思想政治教育治理的发展效能。对此,通过注重文化培育、加强制度供给、聚焦主体建构以及优化技术手段可为思想政治教育治理提供强大助益。
The governance of ideological and political education is not only the goal of innovative development of ideological and political education,but also an important component of modernization of ideological and political education governance.Generally speaking,ideological and political education is the unity of subject,means,and object.The governance of ideological and political education requires four elements:governance philosophy,governance means,governance system,and governance subject as the basis.In governance practice,the governance of ideological and political education is constrained by various factors,and the lag,deficiency,imbalance,and dispersion of each element greatly restrict the development efficiency of ideological and political education governance.In this regard,emphasizing cultural cultivation,strengthening institutional supply,focusing on subject construction,and optimizing technological means can provide strong assistance for the governance of ideological and political education.
