铁路集装箱门吊数字化改造及自动化作业研究

摘要 随着经济的快速发展和物流需求的不断增长,铁路物流场站的高效运作和服务质量提升成为了重要的研究课题。以成都局集团公司大弯镇站为例,探讨了铁路集装箱堆场的数字化改造及自动化作业技术,验证数字化和自动化对当前传统铁路集装箱作业模式效率低下、信息流通不畅等问题的改善和能力提升。通过引入光学字符识别、北斗差分定位、门吊小车限位器、集装箱数据采集和堆场数字孪生等技术,实现了箱区箱位精准管理,吊装箱作业效率可提升35%左右。此外,通过减少地面作业人员和引入小车限位器,也有效提升了作业现场的安全性。 With rapid economic development and growing logistics demands,enhancing the operational efficiency and service quality of railway logistics terminals has become a crucial research focus.Taking Dawan Town Station of the Chengdu Railway Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper explored the digital transformation and automated operation technologies for railway container yards.It verified how digitalization and automation addressed inefficiencies and information flow bottlenecks in traditional railway container operations,thereby improving overall capabilities.By implementing technologies such as optical character recognition(OCR),Beidou differential positioning,gantry crane trolley limiters,container data acquisition,and the yard's digital twins,precise management of container blocks and slots was achieved.This increased the efficiency of lifting and container handling operations by approximately 35%.Furthermore,safety at the operation site was significantly enhanced through the reduction of ground-level personnel and the introduction of trolley limiters.
