摘要
随着中国人口老龄化程度的加深,长期护理需求不断增长使长期护理保险(LTCI)成为重要的政策工具。本研究利用CiteSpace软件对1998—2024年间中文核心期刊和CSSCI期刊中长期护理保险相关文献进行计量分析,通过关键词共现、突现词分析、聚类分析和时区图、时间线图等可视化图谱,揭示了该领域的研究热点、发展脉络和前沿议题。结果表明,中国长期护理保险研究在政策推动下显著增长,主要集中在筹资机制、服务供给、政策效果和国际经验借鉴等方面。尽管研究成果不断增加,但仍需在方法和内容上进一步拓展和深化。未来研究应关注多元化筹资模式、服务质量提升、政策效果评估及国际经验的本土化应用,以应对老龄化带来的社会挑战。
With the deepening of China's population aging,the the growing demand for long-term care has made long-term care insurance(LTCI)an important policy tool.This study uses CiteSpace software to conduct a bibliometric analysis of 491 relevant literatures on LTCI published in Chinese core journals and CSSCI journals from 1998 to 2024.Through visual maps such as keyword co-occurrence,burst word a-nalysis,cluster analysis,time zone and timeline maps,the study reveals the research hotspots,development context,and frontier issues in this field.The results indicate that China's LTCI research has significantly increased under policy promotion,focusing mainly on funding mechanisms,service supply,policy effec-tiveness,and international experience reference.Despite the continuous growth in research outcomes,fur-ther diversification and deepening in methods and content are still needed.Future research should focus on diversified financing models,improvement of service quality,policy effectiveness evaluation,and the lo-calization of international experience to meet the social challenges brought by aging.
