铁路集装箱循环班列开行方案优化设计

摘要 循环列车是围绕铁路枢纽对区域内货流进行集散的铁路货运产品,能够有效促进货流“公转铁”。针对长江经济带铁路货运产品供给不足问题,探讨铁路集装箱循环班列开行方案。利用系统聚类和K-Means聚类分析法对中心城市进行聚类分析,选择货物运输需求较高的城市作为节点,以城市间铁路线路为边,构建铁路集装箱循环班列运行网络。建立以列车开行成本及运行时间最小化为目标函数、以各铁路区段的运输能力和列车编组数量等为约束条件的0-1规划模型。采用Floyd多源点最短路径算法求解路径备选集,结合带有精英保留策略的NSGA-Ⅱ算法对模型进行求解,分别对列车编组数量和列车运行速度2个参数进行灵敏度分析,得到集装箱循环班列开行方案。研究结果表明,班列编组数量在[20,40]车范围内,可在满足货运需求的同时降低运营总成本和运行总时间;列车在65 km/h速度运行时,列车运营总成本较低,同时可以兼顾运行总时间,为可操作性方案。因此,合理的列车编组数量和列车运行速度能够有效保证开行方案的经济性和时效性。 Circular trains are railway freight products designed to gather and distribute regional freight flow around railway hubs,which can effectively promote the“road-to-rail”transition of freight flow.In response to the insufficient supply of railway freight products in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this paper explores the operation plan of railway container circular trains.System clustering and K-Means clustering analysis methods are used to conduct clustering analysis on central cities,cities with high freight transport demand are selected as nodes,and railway lines between cities are taken as edges to construct an operation network of railway container circular trains.A 0-1 planning model is established with the minimization of train operation cost and time as the objective function,and the transport capacity of each railway section and the number of train formations as constraints.The Floyd multi-source shortest path algorithm is used to solve the alternative path set,and the NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm with elite retention strategy is applied to solve the model.Sensitivity analysis is conducted on 2 parameters:the number of train formations and the train operation speed,resulting in an operation plan of container circular trains.The research results indicate that when the number of train formations is within the range of[20,40],it can reduce the total operation cost and time while meeting freight demand;when the train operates at a speed of 65 km/h,the total operation cost is relatively low,and the total operation time is also considered,making it a practical solution.Therefore,reasonable number of train formations and train operation speed can effectively ensure the economy and timeliness of the operation plan.
