摘要 在人工智能、大数据、云计算等技术日益成熟的背景下,社会物流企业以物流节点为核心载体,加快智能技术的商业化集成应用,极大地提升了需求响应效率与物流服务质量。结合转运节点型、仓配一体型等社会物流企业业态特征,分析其在服务升级、效率提升、效益增长等方面的发展经验,立足铁路物流基地运营管理现状,以提升铁路物流基地效率、效益、服务、安全水平为目标,以"信息自主感知、生产自动组织、管理智能决策"为主线,从平台建设、系统开发、交互接口、终端感知与设备创新等方面设计智能化运营管理体系架构,为我国铁路货运场站从信息化向智能化转型提供参考。 With the development of artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing, social logistics enterprises take the logistics node as the core carrier to speed up the commercial integration application of intelligent technology, which greatly elevates the efficiency of demand response and the quality of logistics service. Considering the characteristics of social logistics companies, such as types of transfer node, integration of warehousing and distribution, the development experience in service upgrade, efficiency improvement, and profit growth were analyzed. Based on the current status of operation and management for railway logistic center, an intelligent operation management system architecture was designed from platform construction, system development, interactive interface, terminal perception and equipment innovation with the main line of "self-perception of information, automatic organization of production and intelligent decision-making of management ", aiming at improving the efficiency, benefit, service and safety of railway logistic center. The research can provide reference for the transition from informationization to intelligence for China railway freight yard.
