AIGC技术驱动下数字创意类人才培养的困境与对策

Dilemmas and Countermeasures for Digital Creative Talent Cultivation Driven by AIGC Technology

摘要 AIGC技术的出现正重塑数字创意类人才的教育模式。该技术通过融合数字技术、深度学习和算法优化等内容,在创意革新、行业发展、教学优化等方面展现强大效能。然而,该过程也带来技术依赖、教育滞后、师资不足和创意瓶颈等问题。为应对这些挑战,高校应注重技术与创意的平衡发展,依托“技—产—学—意”框架培养复合型人才。需推进跨学科协同教学、建设实践型平台,明确以“创造意义”为创意核心,推动数字创意教育可持续发展和人才培养质量的提升。 The emergence of AIGC technology is reshaping the educational model of digital creative talents,and through the integration of digital technology,deep learning,and algorithm optimization,it has shown powerful effec⁃tiveness in creative innovation,industry development,and teaching optimization.However,this process also brings problems such as technology dependence,outdated educational content,insufficient qualified teachers,and creative bottlenecks.In order to tackle these challenges,universities should focus on the balanced development of technology and creativity,and rely on the“technology-industry-academia-creativity”framework to cultivate interdisciplinary talents.Interdisciplinary collaborative teaching,practice-based platform construction,and clarification of the core of creativity as“creating meaning”will promote the sustainable development of digital creative education and enhance the quality of talent training.
