摘要
数字化转型已成为企业双元创新的重要驱动因素。以214家制造业企业信息为实证研究样本,探讨了数字化转型对企业双元创新的影响,以及知识整合在其中起到的作用机制。结果显示:数字化转型正向影响企业双元创新;知识整合在数字化转型和企业双元创新之间起到中介作用;辅助型知识整合在数字化转型和利用式创新之间起到中介作用,而互补型知识整合在数字化转型和探索式创新之间起到中介作用。因此,企业应积极探索数字化转型助推双元创新能力提升;基于不同性质的知识基础协调发展利用式创新和探索式创新,实现双元创新平衡发展。
Digital transformation has become an important driving factor for dual innovation of enterprises.Based on a knowledge based perspective,this paper explores the impact of digital transformation on organizational dual innovation and the mechanism of knowledge integration in it by using 214 manufacturing enterprise data as an empirical research sample.The results show that digital transformation positively affects dual innovation of enterprises;knowledge integration plays an mediating role between digital transformation and dual innovation of enterprises;supplementary knowledge integration plays a mediating role between digital transformation and exploitative innovation,while complementary knowledge integration plays a mediating role between digital transformation and explorative innovation.Therefore,enterprises should actively explore digital transformation to promote the dual innovation ability;based on different knowledge bases,we should coordinate the development of exploitative innovation and explorative innovation,and realize the balanced development of dual innovation.
