摘要
本文基于社会生态模型理论视角,重点聚焦运动能力、健康行为与体育品德三大核心要素的内在联系,从个体、学校和社会3个层面系统分析新时代大学生体育核心素养培育所面临的现实困境、影响因素与创新路径。研究发现,新时代大学生体育核心素养培育面临以下现实困境:(1)传统教学环境与数字技术之间的结构性矛盾制约运动能力培养;(2)消费主义文化与现代生存方式交互影响健康意识形成;(3)教学实践中浸入体育精神培育存在知性转化断层。据此,本文基于体育教育生态的社会支持系统、体育教学环境的多元模式适配及学生体育核心素养的主体性生成等因素,提出以下创新路径:科学构建智能体育教育生态系统,加强“终身体育”意识培养;多元化创新体育健康教育模式,融合健康教育知识内容;着力完善大学生体育品德培育机制,落实体育德育价值。
Drawing on the social-ecological model(SEM)theory,this study investigates the cultivation of core physical education competenciesencompassing physical competence,health behaviors,and sports ethicsamong college students in the new era.It systematically examines challenges,influencing factors,and innovative strategies across three levels:individual,institutional(school),and societal.Key findings identify three critical dilemmas:(i)Structural conflicts between traditional teaching environments and digital technologies hinder the development of physical competence;(i)Consumerist cultureand modern lifestylesinteract to shapeflawed health consciousness;(ii)A disconnect persists between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation in fostering sportsmanship within educational practices.To address these challenges,Grounded in the social support systems of sports education ecosystems,adaptive multi-modal teaching environments,and student-centered sports literacy development,this study proposes innovative pathways:establishing intelligent sports education ecosystems to promote lifelong sports engagement;diversifying health education models through interdisciplinary knowledge integration;and refining ethics cultivation mechanisms to realize the moral values of sports education.
