基于MOOC的药学路径教学法在药学专业实习带教中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨基于MOOC(Massive Open Online Course,慕课)的药学路径教学法在医院药学实习带教中的应用及效果。方法选取2024~2025年度在我院药房实习的药学实习生,并按实习年份的不同分为两组。对照组实施药学路径教学法,观察组实施MOOC+药学路径教学法。在实习计划执行后,发放满意度调查问卷,调查带教的满意度水平。结果观察组总体实习满意率95.45%,显著高于对照组的70.00%。分类满意度水平观察组(4.38±0.27)分,显著高于对照组的(4.09±0.25)分。结论MOOC的应用可优化传统的药学路径教学法,提升实习生的实习满意度水平。 OBJECTIVE To explore the application and effect of MOOC-based pharmacy pathway teaching method in hospital pharmacy internship teaching.METHODS Pharmacy interns in our hospital from 2024 to 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to the years of internship.The control group received the pharmacy pathway teaching method,and the observation group received the MOOC+pharmacy pathway teaching method.After the implementation of the internship plan,the satisfaction questionnaire was issued to investigate the satisfaction level of the teaching.RESULTS The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group′s internship was 95.45%,significantly higher than the control group′s 70.00%.The satisfaction level of the observation group(4.38±0.27)was significantly higher than that of the control group(4.09±0.25).CONCLUSION The application of MOOC could optimize the traditional pharmacy pathway teaching method and improve the internship satisfaction level of interns.
