摘要
目的:分析问题学习教学法(PBL)的翻转课堂在医院药学实习生教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月郑州大学第一附属医院的40名药学实习生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各20名。对照组药学实习生接受常规教学模式,观察组药学实习生接受PBL的翻转课堂教学模式。比较两组药学实习生的考核成绩、教学质量、教学满意度、课堂教学效果。结果:观察组药学实习生实践操作与理论知识考核成绩均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药学实习生的教学质量评分(98.34±0.92)高于对照组(89.45±2.67),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药学实习生教学总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药学实习生各项课堂教学效果评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对药学实习生教学用基于PBL的翻转课堂教学模式,可提升药学实习生考核成绩及教学满意度,改善教学质量,且课堂教学效果好。
Objective To analyze the application value of the flipped classroom based on problem-based Learning(PBL)in the teaching of hospital pharmacy interns.Methods Forty pharmacy interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 20 interns in each group.The pharmaceutical interns in the control group received the conventional teaching mode,while those in the observation group received the PBL flipped classroom teaching mode.The assessment results,teaching quality,teaching satisfaction and classroom teaching effects of the two groups of pharmaceutical interns were compared.Results The practical operation and theoretical knowledge assessment scores of the pharmacy interns in the observation group were both better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching quality score of the pharmacy interns in the observation group(98.34±0.92)was higher than that in the control group(89.45±2.67),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of teaching for pharmacy interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various classroom teaching effects of the pharmacy interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the PBL-based flipped classroom teaching model in the teaching of pharmaceutical interns can enhance their assessment scores and teaching satisfaction,improve teaching quality,and achieve good classroom teaching effects.
