摘要
经调质处理的20Cr13钢集电环在机加工后有开裂现象发生。为此,对开裂的集电环进行宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验和淬火工艺试验,查找开裂原因。结果表明:集电环开裂是淬火温度过高所致。
Cracking was found in the collector rings after machining,which were made of 20Cr13 steel and undergone quenching and tempering treatment.Therefore,macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and quenching process tests were conducted on the cracked rings to reveal the cracking cause.The results indicated that the cracking was caused by an excessively high quenching temperature.
