摘要
拉林铁路藏木雅鲁藏布江大桥作为国内铁路第一座真正意义上的免涂装耐候钢桥梁,在国内首次使用耐候钢高强度螺栓。通过试验、检测和实际使用,目前耐候高强度螺栓各项性能指标合格。在施工中采用数控定扭矩电动扳手,提高了施拧的准确度和稳定性,提高了施工速度和效率。在工地采用高强度螺栓连接施工质量控制系统,实现了桥梁高强度螺栓施拧数据信息化。本文介绍了耐候钢高强度螺栓新技术应用方面的经验,可为以后国内的高强度螺栓连接施工提供借鉴。
The Yarlung Zangbo river bridge on the Lhasa-Nyingchi Railway,as the f irst weathering steel bridge without coating in China railway,uses high-strength bolts of weathering steel for the f irst time in China.Through testing,detection and actual operation,the all performance indexes of the high-strength bolts of weathering steel were qualif ied.The numerical control f ixed torque electric wrench was used in the construction,which improved the accuracy and stability of tightening and improved the construction speed and eff iciency.The construction quality control system of high-strength bolt connection was used in the construction site to realize the informatization of high-strength bolt tightening data.This paper introduced the experience of the application of high-strength bolt of weathering steel in the bridge,hoping to provide some references for the construction of high-strength bolt connection in steel bridge.
