摘要
直径为160mm的X5CrNiCuNb16-4钢锻造棒材在进行超声波探伤检测时存在缺陷,被判定为不合格。为此,对不合格的棒材进行金相检验和生产工艺复查,以明确不合格原因。结果表明:X5CrNiCuNb16-4钢棒材存在密集的缩松孔洞,这是导致棒材超声波探伤不合格的主要原因,而棒材尾部切除量不足是致使其不合格的另一个重要原因。
The forged bars of X5CrNiCuNb16-4 steel with a diameter of 160 mm were found to have defects during ultrasonic detection and were thus judged as non-conforming.Metallographic examination and production process review were carried out on the non-conforming bars to identify the causes.The results indicated that the X5CrNiCuNb16-4 steel bars had dense porosity,which was the main cause for the failure of the ultrasonic detection of the bars,while the insufficient tail cutting of the bars was another significant cause for their non-conformity.
