摘要
美育活动作为提高大学生综合素质的重要实践内容,是完善大学生党员、团员优秀人格的实现途径,也是高校人才培养体系的重要组成部分。党员、团员作为大学生中的先进分子和骨干力量,目前对其培养存在主体积极性欠缺、培养形式单一等困境。以新疆12所高校的党员、团员大学生作为调研对象,从学生个人感知层面和高校实践层面开展调研,探讨新疆大学生党员、团员对于美育活动的认知度、满意度、获得感和建议期望等。最后从制度规范、示范引领、形式内容、品牌建设、科技赋能、多元融合等方面提出建议,为高校打造可持续发展的美育活动体系和培养高素质党员、团员提供有力支持。
As an important practical content to improve the comprehensive quality of college students,aesthetic education activities are a way to improve the excellent personality of college student Party members and league members,and an important component of the talent cultivation system in universities.The Party members and members of the Communist Youth League,as advanced and backbone members among college students,currently face difficulties in their cultivation,such as a lack of initiative in the main body and a single form of cultivation.This article takes the Party members and youth league members from 12 universities in Xinjiang as research objects,and conducts research from the perspectives of personal perception of students and practical experience in universities,exploring the awareness,satisfaction,sense of achievement,and expectation of suggestions for art education activities among the Party members and youth league members of university students.Finally,suggestions are proposed from the aspects of institutional norms,demonstration and guidance,form and content,brand building,technological empowerment,and diversified integration,providing strong support for universities to build a sustainable aesthetic education activity system and cultivate high-quality Party members and members.
