摘要
目的:构建手术室护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标体系。方法:通过文献回顾法及半结构式访谈法,初步形成手术室护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标体系。采用德尔菲法及层次分析法确定评价指标及其权重。结果:共进行了2轮专家函询,第1轮问卷有效回收率为89.7%,第2轮问卷有效回收率为100.0%,专家权威系数为0.91。2轮专家函询的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.262~0.305和0.215~0.398。最终构建的手术室护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、17个二级指标及74个三级指标。结论:构建的手术室护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标体系具有专科特色及合理性,可为手术室护理硕士专业学位研究生的专业培养提供理论参考。
Objective:To establish an evaluation index system for core competence of master of nursing specialist in the operating room.Methods:Through literature review and semi⁃structured interview methods,a preliminary evaluation index system for core competence of master of nursing specialist in the operating room was formed.The Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process were adopted to determine the evaluation indicators and their weights.Results:A total of two rounds of expert inquiries were conducted.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire in the first round was 89.7%,and that in the second round was 100.0%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.91.The Kendall's coefficients of the two rounds of expert inquiries were 0.262⁃0.305 and 0.215⁃0.398 respectively.The final constructed evaluation index system for core competence of master of nursing specialist in the operating room included 4 first⁃level indicators,17 second⁃level indicators and 74 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed evaluation index system for core competence of master of nursing specialist in the operating room had specialized characteristics and rationality.It could provide theoretical reference for the professional training of master of nursing specialist in the operating room direction.
