摘要
目的 构建护理硕士专业学位研究生心理与精神护理课程并探讨其初步应用效果。方法 首先,通过文献研究和质性访谈构建心理与精神护理课程内容初稿,运用专家函询法对7位专家进行两轮函询,最终形成心理与精神护理学课程内容;其次,采用自行编制的问卷对教师针对教学设计和教学过程进行评价;最后,以2022级、2023级和2024级3个年级的30名护理硕士专业学位研究生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对学生的课程满意度、课程学习效果和课程思政效果进行评价。结果 两轮专家咨询的问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威性系数为0.936,专家函询结果显示内容效度指数为1.00,专家一致认为该课程具有较好的内容效度。临床实践后护理硕士专业学位研究生课程学习效果总分和专业认同感得分均显著高于临床实践前(P<0.05)。结论 构建的护理硕士专业学位研究生心理与精神护理学课程具有科学性和创新性,专家和授课教师对课程内容给予了积极的评价,基于案例教学法的临床实践融入显著提升了学生的评判性思维学习效果和专业认同感,能够为我国培养高学历心理与精神专科护理队伍的专业化建设提供借鉴。
Objective To construct a graduate course of psychiatric-mental health nursing,and to explore its preliminary application effects.Methods Firstly,the content of the psychological and psychiatric nursing curriculum was established through literature review and qualitative interviews.A two-round expert consultation process was conducted with 7 experts to finalize the psychiatric-mental health nursing curriculum.Subsequently,a survey method was employed to evaluate the teaching design and process by the instructors.Finally,30 master's degree candidates from the year 2022,2023 and 2024 were selected,and conducted to assess student satisfaction,learning outcomes and the ideological and political education effects of the curriculum by used a questionnaire.Results The response rates for both rounds of expert consultation were 100%,with an expert credibility coefficient of 0.936.The expert consultation indicated a content validity index of 1.00.The experts unanimously agreed that the curriculum demonstrated good content validity.After clinical practice,the total scores of course learning outcomes and professional identity were significantly higher than before clinical practice(P<0.05).Conclusion The curriculum of psychiatric-mental health nursing is scientific and innovative.The experts and instructors provide positive evaluations of the curriculum content.The integration of clinical practice based on case-based learning significantly enhances student learning outcomes and professional identity,providing a reference for cultivating specialized psychology and mental health nursing teams.
