摘要
目的构建与验证基于自我决定理论(SDT)的护理硕士研究生学习动机模型。方法本研究类型为横断面研究。采用便利抽样方法于2023年9~12月调查全国15所高校的401名在读护理硕士研究生。采用一般资料调查表、学习气氛问卷(LCQ)、基本心理需求量表(BPNS)、学习自我调节量表(SRQA)进行调查和收集数据。结果模型适配良好,卡方自由度比(χ^(2)/df)为0.904,拟合优度指数(GFI)为0.996,规准适配指数(NFI)为0.994,比较适配指数(CFI)为0.997,渐进残差均方和平方根(RMSEA)为0.037,标准化残差均方和的平方根(SRMR)为0.018。自主性支持对三种基本心理需求的正向效应量是0.536(P<0.001),三种基本心理需求对自主性指数预测的重要性排序为关系(0.869,P<0.001)、胜任(0.835,P<0.001)、自主(0.592,P<0.001)。自主性支持对自主性指数的效应量0.225(P<0.001),基本心理需求对自主性指数的正向效应量0.225(P<0.001)。结论基于SDT的学习动机促进模型可用于理解护理硕士研究生学习动机的产生过程,并为动机干预提供切入点和参考建议。
Objective To construct the learning motivation model of nursing postgraduates based on the self-determination theory(SDT).MethodsThis study was a cross-sectional study.From September to December 2023,convenience sampling was used to survey 401 nursing postgraduate students from 15 universities nationwide.General Information Questionnaire,the Learning Climate Questionnaire(LCQ),the Basic Psychological Needs Scale(BPNS)and the Self-Regulated Learning Questionnaire(SRQA)were used for investigation and data collection.ResultsThe model demonstrated excellent fit,withχ^(2)/df=0.904,Good-of-Fit Inex(GFI)=0.996,Normed Fit Index(NFI)=0.994,Comparative Fit Index(CFI)=0.997,Root Square Error of Approximation(RMSEA)=0.037,and Standardized Root Mean Square Residual(SRMR)=0.018.The positive effect size of autonomy support on the three basic psychological needs was 0.536(P<0.001).When predicting the autonomy index,the importance of the basic psychological needs was ranked as follows:relatedness(0.869,P<0.001),competence(0.835,P<0.001)and autonomy(0.592,P<0.001).The effect size of autonomy support on the automomy index was 0.225(P<0.001),and the positive effect size of basic psychological needs on the autonomy index was 0.225(P<0.001).ConclusionsThe learning motivation enhancement model based on SDT can be used to understand the formation mechanism of nursing postgraduates'learning motivation and provide entry points and practical suggestions for motivation intervention.
