摘要
作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,体育硕士专业学位教育在培养高素质应用型体育人才、推动体育事业发展方面发挥着关键作用。尽管该领域已取得一定进展,但由于起步较晚、培养体系尚未完善等原因,当前体育硕士培养仍面临实践能力不足、整体质量有待提升等现实问题,亟须进一步优化和改进。该文结合教育部印发的《关于加快新时代研究生教育改革发展的意见》中的要求,对当前高校体育硕士专业学位研究生实践能力培养现状进行梳理,发现影响体育硕士专业学位研究生实践能力培养的因素主要包括课程设置不合理、管理机制不完善、实践环节形式化以及评价体系不全面。同时,针对性地提出对策和建议,以期通过增强高校及学生对实践能力培养的重视程度,优化实践教学环节,规范实践能力培养管理机制,完善评价制度和方法,促进学生深度实践,进而提高学生实践教学能力,为社会发展提供坚实保障,为实现体育强国、教育强国目标作出应有贡献。
Master's degree education in physical education is an important component of higher education system in China,plays a crucial role in cultivating high-quality applied sports talents and promoting development of China's sports industry.Although some progress has been made in this field,due to reasons such as a late start and an incomplete cultivation system,the current sports master's program still faces practical problems such as insufficient practical ability and overall quality that need to be improved,and further optimization and improvement are urgently needed.This article combines the requirements of the Opinions on Accelerating the Reformand Development of Graduate Education in the New Eraissued by the Ministry of Education to sort out the current situation of practical ability cultivation for sports master's degree graduate students in universities.It is found that the main factors affecting the practical ability cultivation of sports master's degree graduate students mainly include unreasonable curriculum design,imperfect management mechanism,formalized practical links,and incomplete evaluation system.At the same time,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,in order to strengthen the emphasis on cultivating practical abilities among universities and students,optimize the practical teaching process and standardize the management mechanism for cultivating practical abilities,improve the evaluation system and methods,promote students'in-depth practical strategies,and thereby enhance their practical teaching abilities,provide a strong and powerful foundation for social development,and make due contributions to achieving the goals of building a strong sports and education country.
