掺杂不同比例矿物油对天然酯绝缘性能的影响

摘要 为了探究不同类型绝缘油混合后对油品性能的影响,本文制备了不同比例矿物油掺杂天然酯的混合绝缘油,并对其基础理化特性和电气绝缘特性进行研究。结果表明:两种不同类型绝缘油的混合形式为物理共混,不发生化学反应;界面张力、介电常数及介质损耗因数等参数受绝缘油极性影响较大,少量天然酯掺杂就会引起矿物油性能的急剧变化;极少量矿物油的掺杂(质量分数为7%)会显著降低混合绝缘油的闪点(200℃以下),且当矿物油质量分数超过50%时,混合油样的闭口闪点几乎与纯矿物油一致。此外,本文得到的混合油样运动黏度与闭口闪点回归方程可为分析未知混合油样中矿物油与天然酯的占比提供依据。 In order to investigate the effect of mixing different types of insulating oils on their properties,the mixed insulating oils were prepared by doping natural ester with different proportions of mineral oil and their physicochemical and electrical insulation properties were studied.The results show that the mixed form of the two kinds of insulating oil is physical blend,and no chemical reaction.The interfacial tension,permittivity,and dielectric loss factor are greatly affected by the polarity of insulating oil.A small amount of natural ester doping will cause a sharp change in the performance of mineral oil.A very small amount of mineral oil(with a mass fraction of 7%)doping will significantly reduces the flash point of the mixed insulating oil(below 200℃),and when the mass fraction of mineral oil exceeds 50%,the close flash point of the mixed oils are almost the same as that of the pure mineral oil.In addition,the regression equations of kinematic viscosity and closed flash point of the mixed oil obtained in this study can provide bases for analyzing the percentage of mineral oils and natural esters in unknown mixed oil samples.
