摘要
利用天然酯具有很高水饱和度等优良特性,将矿物油和天然酯混合,使两者优势互补,并结合其他研究方法研制出击穿电压更高、氧化安定性更好和环保性更好的新型绝缘油。通过正交设计试验,用萃取方法降低混合油中酸值,提高混合油PH值和工频击穿电压;用压力差式扫描法筛选出适用于新型绝缘油的优良抗氧化剂,并研究了抗氧化剂的合适添加比例。最后,分析了新型绝缘油在多个不同温度下运动黏度;并用五日生化需氧量法证明了新型绝缘油比矿物油的生物降解性更好。
For the saturation of the nature ester is very high, a new insulation oil were developed by incorporating the different advantages of nature ester and mineral oil, whose breakdown voltage is higher than the mineral oil(the traditional transformer oil), and oxidation stabilization and environmental characteristic are better than mineral oil. The acid value of the new oil is reduced, the breakdown voltage is enhanced and the PH value of the new oil is increased with the orthogonal extraction experiment. The appropriate antioxidant is chosen and its appending proportion is determined by pressure differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC) experiment. Moreover, the viscosity of the new oil at different temperature is researched, and the fact that biodegradation degree of the new oil is higher than mineral oil was verified with the BOD5 method.
