摘要
以一起220 kV变压器高压侧套管介质损耗因数异常为例,通过对套管进行高压介损及电容量试验、油样试验和解体检查,分析发现套管内卷制铝管与集油盒同心度差,卷制铝管外壁与集油盒底孔内壁接触摩擦产生金属碎屑,局部放电使绝缘油劣化,从而导致套管介损因数异常。同时对该异常提出了预防措施,可为类似异常的处理提供参考。
Taking the anomaly in dielectric loss factor of the bushing at the high voltage side of a 220 kV transformer as an example,analyses are performed on the bushing by high-voltage dielectric loss and capacitance tests,oil sample tests and disassembly checks,based on which the poor concentricity between the rolled aluminum tube inside the bushing and the oil collecting box is detected,the contact friction between the outer wall of the rolled aluminum tube and the inner wall of the bottom hole of the oil collecting box generates metal chips,and the partial discharge causes the insulation oil deteriorated,leading to the anomaly in dielectric loss factor of the bushing.The corresponding preventive measures are proposed,which is available for reference in dealing with similar defects.
