摘要
文中提出了一种宽轴比带宽的圆极化模拟相控阵列。该圆极化模拟相控阵列是包括了顺序旋转天线阵列、相控阵列射频电路和相控阵列数控电路的一套完整的相控阵列系统。首先,文中将顺序旋转馈电网络引入到圆极化模拟相控阵列中,并提出了90°~180°电桥混合形式顺序旋转馈电网络,使相控阵列在宽带宽范围内实现了低轴比性能。接着设计了相控阵列数控电路,通过高集成度电容片选方案,实现了对移相器阵列的低复杂相位控制。最后,为了验证性能,对相控阵列进行了仿真。仿真结果显示,圆极化模拟相控阵列的-10 dB阻抗带宽为2.15 GHz~2.81 GHz,并实现了±50°的扫描范围,法向波束轴比带宽覆盖范围是2.00 GHz~3.00 GHz。
In this paper,a circularly polarized analog phased array is proposed with wide axial ratio bandwidth.The circularly polarized analog phased array is composed of a sequential rotation antenna array,a phased array radio frequency circuit,and a phased array digital control circuit,forming a complete phased array system.Firstly,to optimize the axial ratio,the sequential rotation feed network is introduced into the circularly polarized analog phased array and a 90°~180°combination sequential rotation feed network is proposed.The sequential rotation feed network enables the phased array to achieve low axial ratio over a wide bandwidth range.Furthermore,a phased array digital control circuit is designed,with a low-complexity phase control utilizing integrated capacitor chip selection scheme.Finally,to validate the performance,simulations are conducted on the phased array.The simulation results show that the circularly polarized analog phased array achieves a-10 dB impedance bandwidth ranging from 2.15 GHz~2.81 GHz and a scanning range of±50°.The axial ratio bandwidth of the normal beam covers from 2.00 GHz~3.00 GHz.
