有机解堵剂辅助热化学吞吐技术研究

摘要 针对热化学吞吐作业过程中,稠油中胶质和沥青质等重质组分从地层进入近井地带析出造成的有机堵塞问题,研发了一种新型有机解堵剂,并对其闭口闪点、溶蜡性能、溶解沥青性能、静态洗油性能、降黏性能和驱油性能进行了评价。结果表明,有机解堵剂的闭口闪点为72.6℃;在50℃时,溶解沥青的速率为3.45 mg/mL·min^(-1),溶解石蜡的速率为3.02 mg/mL·min^(-1),静态洗油效率为92.1%;原油+10%有机解堵剂,稠油降黏率为91.68%。一维驱替实验显示,先注有机解堵剂再注热水比单纯注热水可使驱替压力降低3.5 MPa,同时驱油效率提高10.4%,说明有机解堵剂辅助热水吞吐效果显著。矿场试验表明,前置有机解堵剂,在地层解堵过程中注入压力明显降低,电泵生产过程中生产压差降低,流压逐渐上升,日增油量达到10.47 m3,增油效果显著。 A new organic plug removal agent has been developed to address the issue of organic blockage caused by the precipitation of heavy components such as gum and asphaltene from the formation into the near wellbore zone during thermochemical stimulation operations.Its closed flash point,wax solubility,asphalt solubility,static oil washing performance,viscosity reduction performance,and oil displacement performance were evaluated.The results showed that the closed flash point of the organic plug removal agent is 72.6℃;the dissolution rate of asphalt is 3.45 mg/mL·min^(-1),the dissolution rate of paraffin is 3.02 mg/mL·min^(-1),and the static oil washing efficiency is 92.1%at 50℃;the viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil is 91.68%at the condition of crude oil+10%organic plug removal agent;the one-dimensional displacement experiment show that injecting organic plugging agents first and then hot water reduces the displacement pressure by 3.5 MPa compared to only injecting hot water.At the same time,the oil displacement efficiency is increased by 10.4%,indicating that the use of organic plug removal agents assisted hot water stimulation has a significant effect.Field tests showed that the injection pressure significantly decreased during the formation unblocking process with pre-organic unblocking agents.The production pressure difference decreased during the electric pump production process,and the flow pressure gradually increased.The daily oil production reached 10.47 m 2,and the oil increase effect was significant.
