摘要
目的:借助数据挖掘技术分析中药内服汤剂治疗慢性肾炎的用药特点。方法:收集CGN门诊患者病例并规范化录入,应用多种数据统计分析软件对其处方药物进行频数分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析及复杂网络可视化分析。结果:共纳入病例3581例,用药总数382味,经分析发现:发病频率最高的是壮年;用药频数最高的药物为黄芪,四气中以平性药为佳,五味中以甘味药为佳,且主要归肝经、脾经、肺经,在中药功效中,多用补虚药、利水渗湿药、清热药。以置信度≥90、支持度≥30、最大前项为3作为筛选条件,得到药物组合15组,其中二项6组、三项9组,通过对中药的聚类分析可将中药分为五类。结论:中医在慢性肾炎用药上常以补虚药为主,辅以利水渗湿、清热药。此结论可为慢性肾炎临床用药提供参考。
Objective:Analysing the medication characteristics of Chinese medicine decoction for chronic nephritis with the help of data mining techniques.Methods:The cases of CGN outpatients were collected and standardised for entry.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and complex network visualisation were applied to their prescribed drugs using various statistical data analysis software.Results:The number of cases included in this study was 3581,and the total number of medications used was 382 flavours,which were analysed to show that the highest frequency of onset was in the prime of life.The drug with the highest frequency of medication was Astragalus.The sweetness drug was preferred and was mainly classified into the liver,spleen and lung meridians.Most of them were used to replenish the emptiness,diuretic and seepage dampness,and to clear away the heat.With a confidence level≥90,support level≥30 and a maximum antecedent of 3 as screening conditions,15 groups of drug combinations were obtained,including 6 groups of binomials and 9 groups of trinomials.Cluster analysis can classify traditional Chinese medicine into five categories.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is often used in chronic nephritis to tonify the deficiency,supplemented by diuretic and diaphoretic and heat-clearing medicines,which provides ideas and references for the clinical use of drugs in chronic nephritis.
