基于数据挖掘技术研究中药治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的用药规律 被引量:1

Research on the Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea in Endometriosis Based on Data Mining

摘要 目的:基于数据挖掘技术探究中药治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMS)痛经的用药规律。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang Data)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)从建立数据库至2023年11月11日收录的中医药治疗EMS痛经的临床研究文献,筛选后将获得文献中的处方药物录入Excel 2013建立中药数据库,对药物及性味归经进行频次分析,应用IBM SPSS Statistics 25、R语言(R 4.3.2)等软件对数据库中的中药进行关联规则分析、聚类规则分析及相关性热图等一系列数据处理。结果:纳入文献124篇,包含中药处方143首,涉及184味中药,使用中药频次共达1675次。使用频次最高的中药为:当归、延胡索、莪术、赤芍、三棱。药物功效以活血化瘀为主。药性主以温,药味以苦为主,归经以五脏为主。高频药物关联规则分析获得14组药对,聚类分析得到5个聚类方,相关性分析得出五组高频药对组合,因子分析得出10个公因子。结论:子宫内膜异位症痛经以血瘀证型为主,兼夹寒凝、气滞、肾虚,与五脏关系密切,治法以活血化瘀并散寒、行气、补虚,挖掘出5个基础方,为临床治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的中药用药及药物研发提供了数据支撑。 Objective:To explore the medication pattern of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea(EMS dysmenorrhea for short)based on data mining technology.Methods:We searched the clinical research literature on TCM treatment of EMS dysmenorrhea included in the databases established by China Knowledge Network(CNKI),WanFang Data,and China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed)up to 11 November 2023,screened the prescription drugs in the obtained literature and entered the prescription drugs into Excel 2013 to establish a TCM database,and then conducted frequency analysis on the drugs and their properties(sexual flavour,meridian tropism).Frequency analysis was performed on the drugs and their sexual flavours,and a series of data processing such as association rule analysis,clustering rule analysis and correlation heat map were applied to the Chinese medicines in the database with the application of software such as IBM SPSS Statistics 25,R language(R 4.3.2),and so on.Results:124 articles were included in the literature,containing 143 Chinese medicine prescriptions involving 184 Chinese medicines,and the frequency of using Chinese medicines reached a total of 1675 times.The most frequently used Chinese medicines were Angelica sinensis,Yanhusuo,Curcuma longa,Paeonia veitchii,and Sparganium stoloniferum.The efficacy of the medicines was mainly based on activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,the medicinal flavour was mainly bitter,and the attributed meridians were mainly the five viscera.The analysis of high-frequency drug association rules yielded 14 groups of drug pairs,cluster analysis yielded five cluster formulas,correlation analysis yielded five combinations of high-frequency drug pairs,and factor analysis yielded 10 common factors.Conclusion:Dysmenorrhea in endometriosis is mainly characterised by blood stasis,accompanied by cold agglutination,Qi stagnation,and kidney deficiency closely related to the five viscera,and the treatment is to activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis as well as dissipate cold,promote Qi circulation,and tonify the deficiency,and the excavation of five basic formulas provides data support for the use of traditional Chinese medicines in the clinical treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea and for the development of the drugs.
