摘要
目的:探讨含巴夏嘎藏药方剂的配伍思路及其用药规律。方法:利用统计方法对含巴夏嘎藏药方剂中的药物频次,核心药物组合及所治疾病的分布进行统计并分析。结果:共搜集到193首含巴夏嘎的藏药方剂,涉及256味单味药,其同巴夏嘎配伍用药频数较多的药物有诃子(118)藏红花(98)余甘子(97)帝达(88)川木香(88)兔耳草(84);主治疾病共有75种,含巴夏嘎方剂以散剂和丸剂多,主要有木布病、肝热症、赤巴病、热病、瘟疫病等病种;通过关联规则分析得出频数、置信度、支持度均较高的二项核心药物组合有巴夏嘎→诃子(117)巴夏嘎→藏红花(97)巴夏嘎→余甘子(96)巴夏嘎→帝达(89)巴夏嘎→兔耳草(85)巴夏嘎→川木香(84)巴夏嘎→天竺黄(77)等;三项核心药物有巴夏嘎→余甘子→诃子(75)等。结论:藏药“巴夏嘎”常与藏红花、余甘子、帝达等凉性药材配伍使用,符合藏医治疗清热解毒、瘟疫病、肝热症等标本兼治的治病原则;除了凉性药材“,巴夏嘎”还可以与温性药材白豆蔻、川木香等配伍,体现了藏药凉温平衡的用药规律。
Objective:Discuss the compatibility ideas and drug use rules of Bashaga Tibetan prescriptions.Methods:Statistical methods are used to count and analyze the frequency of drugs,the combination of core drugs and the distribution of the diseases treated in the prescriptions containing Bashaga.Results:A total of 193 Tibetan prescriptions containing Bashaga have been collected,involving 256 single-flavoured drugs.The drugs that are frequently used with Bashaga are Hazi(118)Saffron(98)Yuganzi(97)Dida(88)Chuanmuxiang(88)Rabbit Ear Grass(84);there are 75 kinds of main diseases,including Bashaga prescriptions with loose agents and pills,mainly Mubu disease,liver fever,Chiba disease,fever,fever,plague and other diseases.Through the analysis of related rules,the two core drugs with high frequency,confidence and support are Bashaga→Hazi(117)Bashaga→Saffron(97)Bashaga→Yuganzi(96)Bashaga→Dida(89)Bashaga→Rabbit Ear Grass(85)Bashaga→Muxiang(84)Bashaga→Tianzhuhuang(77)Conclusion:Tibetan medicine"Baxiaga"is often used in combination with cool medicinal materials such as saffron,Yuganzi and Dida,which is in line with the principle of Tibetan medicine's treatment of heat-clearing and detoxification,plague,liver fever and other symptoms and root causes.In addition to cool medicinal materials,"Baxiaga"can also be matched with warm medicinal materials such as white darmom,Sichuan Muxiang,etc.,reflecting the law of cold and balanced use of Tibetan medicine.
