机制砂石粉对沥青胶浆性能影响

摘要 为探寻机制砂石粉替代矿粉对沥青胶浆性能的影响,对不同填料掺加比例和粉胶比的改性沥青胶浆、基质沥青胶浆分别进行软化点、针入度、延度试验,通过总评“归一值”方法分析工程应用中适用的粉胶比及机制砂石粉掺量.试验结果表明:随着粉胶比增加,软化点逐渐增加至峰值后下降,但机制砂石粉掺量对软化点的影响不明显.增加机制砂石粉掺量和粉胶比,会降低沥青胶浆针入度和低温延度.从综合性能角度和提升机制砂石粉利用程度的角度分别推荐了机制砂石粉的掺量和对应的粉胶比,并且当粉胶比不大于0.6时,机制砂石粉沥青胶浆的综合性能相对较优. To explore the influence of manufactured sand powder instead of mineral powder on the performance of asphalt mortar,a series of experiments were carried out,which included the softening point,penetration,and ductility tests for modified asphalt mortar and base asphalt mortar with different filler and the ratio of filler to bitumen.The applicable ratio of fller to bitumen and manufactured sand powder content in the engineering application is analyzed by overall desirability.The experimental results show that the softening point gradually increases by the maximum,and then it decreases with the increase of the ratio of filler to bitumen.The effect of manufactured sand powder content on the softening point is not obvious.The penetration and low-temperature ductility of asphalt mortar declined gradually with the increase of manufactured sand powder content and the ratio of filler to bitumen.From the perspective of comprehensive performance and the perspective of improving the utilization of machine-made sand powder,the amount of machine-made sand powder and the corresponding powder-binder ratio is recommended respectively.When the powder-binder ratio is not greater than O.6,the comprehensive performance of machine-made sand powder asphalt mortar is relatively better.
