基于力学性能的竹纤维沥青胶浆组成设计研究

摘要 为研究竹纤维不同因素对沥青胶浆的影响,按照竹纤维不同长度、掺量以及沥青胶浆的粉胶比进行正交试验分组,通过对竹纤维沥青胶浆进行锥入度试验和拉伸试验,以竹纤维沥青胶浆的抗剪性能、抗裂性能为评价指标筛选出最佳的竹纤维沥青胶浆组成。结果表明:影响竹纤维沥青胶浆抗剪切性能和抗裂性能的因素顺序依次为粉胶比、竹纤维掺量、竹纤维长度,试验组中竹纤维沥青胶浆的最佳组成为纤维长度6 mm,掺量为5%,粉胶比为1.8。 To study the effect of different factors of bamboo fiber on asphalt mortar,the bamboo fibers were grouped in orthogonal tests according to the length,content,and filler-bitumen ratio,and the optimal composition of bamboo fiber asphalt mortar was screened through the awl penetration test and tensile test to evaluate the shear resistance and crack resistance properties of bamboo fiber asphalt mortar as an evaluation index.The results show that the order of the factors affecting the shear and crack resistance of bamboo fiber asphalt mastic is powder/gum ratio,bamboo fiber dosage,bamboo fiber length,and the optimal composition of bamboo fiber asphalt mastic in the experimental group is 6 mm fiber length,5%dosage,and powder/gum ratio is 1.8.
