摘要
本文通过对比免脱模布碳纤拉挤板与目前风电叶片使用带脱模布碳纤拉挤板性能,包括力学性能、界面性能、疲劳性能。从材料性能角度探讨免脱模布碳纤拉挤板在风电叶片应用可行性。结果显示,免脱模布碳纤拉挤板在力学性能、疲劳性能与有脱碳板无差异,界面性能无较大程度降低,可逐步进行风电叶片试用。
This study compares the mechanical properties,interfacial properties,and fatigue performance of carbon fiber pultruded panels with mold-release cloth-free configurations against conventional releasecloth-integrated panels currently used in wind turbine blades.From a material performance perspective,the application feasibility of mold-release cloth-free carbon fiber pultruded panels in wind turbine blades is investigated.Experimental results demonstrate that mold-release cloth-free panels exhibit comparable mechanical properties and fatigue performance to conventional panels.No substantial degradation is observed in interfacial properties.Therefore,mold-release cloth-free carbon fiber pultruded panels can be progressively implemented for trial applications in actual wind turbine blades.
