摘要
为研究不同因素对橡胶沥青胶浆高温性能的影响规律,采用动态剪切流变试验(DSR)研究不同粉胶比(0.8,0.9,1.0,1.1,1.2,1.3,1.4,1.5)、不同胶粉掺量(18%,20%,22%)和不同胶粉粒径(20目,40目,60目)条件下橡胶沥青胶浆的高温流变性能,并利用灰熵法分析各因素影响的显著性。结果表明,胶粉掺量对橡胶沥青胶浆高温性能的影响最大,其次是粉胶比。从提高沥青胶浆高温性能角度,建议胶粉粒径为40目,胶粉掺量20%,粉胶比为1.0~1.3。
In order to evaluate the influence of different factors on the high temperature rheological performance of asphalt rubber mortar,the asphalt rubber mortar with different filler-asphalt ratios( 0. 8,0. 9,1. 0,1. 1,1. 2,1. 3,1. 4,1. 5),particle sizes( 20 mesh,40 mesh,60 mesh) and powder dosage( 18%,20%,22%) were investigated by the dynamic shear rheological test( DSR).And the gray entropy was applied to analyze the influence of each factor. The results show that the rubber powder dosage has the most significant influence on the high temperature performance of asphalt rubber mortar, the filler-asphalt ratio the second. Based on the high temperature performance,the asphalt rubber mortar with the particle size of 40 mesh,powder dosage of 20% andfiller-asphalt ratio of 1. 0 ~ 1. 3 is recommended.
