摘要
为揭示孔深对孔型阻尼密封封严性能和刚度阻尼动力学性能的影响规律,探究最佳孔深方案,采用非定常多频摄动数值方法,研究了不同孔深下孔型阻尼密封的泄漏特性和动力学特性。首先,通过3种孔深下孔型阻尼密封泄漏量和动力特性系数的数值与试验数据对比,验证了数值方法的准确性;然后,计算分析了3种不同孔径(D为2.0、3.175、5.0 mm)下连续变化孔深(深径比A_(r)为0.1~1.25)的孔型阻尼密封的泄漏量;最后,评估了2种进口预旋(μ_(0)为0、0.5)、5种不同孔深(H为0.5、1.0、1.9、3.3、6.6 mm,D为3.175 mm)下孔型密封的动力特性系数、腔室动态压力及旋流速度发展。数值结果表明:深径比A_(r)是影响孔型密封泄漏特性的关键几何参数;从密封封严性能角度来看,A_(r)为0.4~0.5是最佳孔深方案,此时不同孔径的密封泄漏量均达到最小值;从密封动力学稳定性角度来看,较小孔深的孔型阻尼密封动力学稳定性更优,在确定最佳孔深时,需考虑污染物沉积、腐蚀磨损对孔深的影响,避免选择过小的孔深(H≥1.0 mm)。
To reveal the influence of hold depth on the sealing performance and dynamic characteristics of hole-pattern damper seals,and to explore the optimal hold depth scheme,this paper employs an unsteady multi-frequency perturbation numerical method to investigate the leakage and dynamic characteristics of hole-pattern damper seals at different depths.First,the accuracy of the numerical method is validated by comparing the leakage amounts and dynamic characteristic coefficients of hole-pattern damper seals at three different depths with experimental data.Then,the leakage amounts of hole-pattern damper seals with three different diameters(D=2.0,3.175,5.0 mm)and continuously varying depths(depth-to-diameter ratio A_(r)=0.1—1.25)are calculated and analyzed.Finally,the dynamic characteristic coefficients,chamber dynamic pressures,and vortex velocity developments of the seals under two types of inlet pre-rotation(μ_(0)=0,0.5)and five different depths(H=0.5,1.0,1.9,3.3,6.6 mm,D=3.175 mm)are evaluated.Numerical results indicate that the depth-to-diameter ratio A_(r) is a key geometric parameter affecting the leakage characteristics of hole-pattern seals.From the perspective of sealing performance,A_(r)=0.4—0.5 represents the optimal hole depth scheme,at which the leakage amounts for different diameters reach their minimum.In terms of dynamic stability,hole-pattern damper seals with smaller depths exhibit better dynamic stability.When determining the optimal hold depth,it is necessary to consider the impact of contaminant deposition and corrosion wear,avoiding excessively small depths(H≥1.0 mm).
