摘要
面向中医药大健康产业发展推动中医药传承创新,培养具有多元化高素质中医药人才,是高质量推进“健康中国”战略的重要支撑。新时代,以荆楚中医药文化和产业为依托,采取“五结合”多元化培养中医药大健康产业人才的方法、建立以能力为导向的“三段式”中医药思维训练体系和“七环节”实践能力培养体系为主要内容的中医药大健康产业人才培养模式,可为中医药专业人才培养工作提供有益参考。
The cultivation of diversified,high-quality talent for the massive health industry of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is crucial for promoting the inheritance and innovation of TCM,and supporting the high-quality advancement of the Healthy China strate⁃gy.In the new era,leveraging the cultural and industrial strengths of Jingchu TCM culture,a diversified approach to talent development based on the Five Integrations is proposed,which requires establishing a competency-oriented Three-Stage TCM thinking training sys⁃tem and a Seven-Phase practical skill development framework.This model for cultivating talents in the TCM massive heslth industry of⁃fers some valuable insights for the development of TCM professional in the future.
