摘要
中医经典课程是中医教育的核心,对于培养学生的中医理论功底和中医思维具有不可替代的作用。为明确中医经典教学中存在的问题和不足,以北京中医药大学为例,通过编制调查问卷,对学生学习中医经典课程的现状进行调查分析。研究发现,学生对中医经典学习的重视程度较高,但是实际掌握情况并不理想,学习兴趣不足,学习方法有待改进,大部分学生没有读过中医经典原著,对于中医经典的临床应用存在困惑。针对问题,需要改进中医经典教学的内容和方法,加强经典原文的背诵和讲解,注重经典理论的临床应用,增加病案举例,引导学生的学习兴趣。
As the core of TCM teaching and education,TCM classics courses have played an indispensable role in cultivating students ’ theoretical knowledge and TCM thinking. Beijing University of Chinese Medicine conducted a survey to investigate students’ study status and identify current problems in the teaching of these TCM classics. The findings show that students attach due importance to the study of TCM classics,however,there do exist the following problems: students ’ actual command of the TCM classics is inadequate;students are lack of interests in learning TCM classics,students’ learning methods are not proper and efficient,most students have not read the original texts of TCM Classics;and they find it difficult to apply TCM classics into clinical practices. The findings indicate that the teaching of TCM classics should accommodate students in adjusting teaching content and improving teaching methods, more specifically, reinforcing the reciting and analyzing the original texts,emphasizing the application of TCM classics into clinical practices,offering more cases and stimulating students’ interests.
