摘要
地方高等中医药院校是中医药人才培养的主体,随着卫生服务模式的转变和中医药事业的迅速发展,也对地方高等中医药院校人才培养提出了更高要求。分析当前中医药人才培养过程中教育理念转变不够、课程设置趋同、能力培养不足以及教学模式较为单一等问题,把握其"地方性、行业性、多样性、应用性"的特征,对于深化人才培养改革,解决影响人才培养质量的深层次突出问题,具有十分重要的现实意义和指导意义。
Most of the professionals of traditional Chinese medicine are trained at the locally administrative colleges, for which high demand is made in line with the change of the health service mode and development of traditional Chinese medicine. Some problems concerning TCM educational concept , curriculum, capacity training, and one-sided teaching method are analyzed. Stress should be laid on ＂localization, profession and application ＂, which would be helpful in professional training and overcoming obstacles.
