摘要
在打造卓越中医药教育的大环境下,基于第三方行业主管部门,针对原有高等中医药教育评估指标体系适用性、院校发展个性化、人才培养过程化等问题,尝试率先在中医学本科教育专业层面探究以行业主导为特征的院校人才培养质量常态监控机制,建立基于动态性、过程性特征的专业教育质量评价与预警体系。
Under the environment of constructing outstanding TCM education and the guiding of the third-party competent authority, and aiming at the applicability of original evaluation index system in higher TCM education, personalization of university development and proceduring of talent training, a normal monitory mechanism with characteristics of professional dominance has been explored at the level of TCM undergraduate education, and quality evaluation system and early warning system of professional education with dynamic and procedural features has been bulk up.
